MIRAI AI ORCHESTRA
Put scattered meter readings in one place and make unusual entries easier to spot
We bring readings from walk-around sheets, emails, and photos into one consumption log, highlight gaps, and keep a clear trail back to the original reading.
MIRAI AI ORCHESTRA (owner: Kosei Izumida) is a Japan-based AI organisation. We work on site as Forward Deployed Engineers and turn the paperwork and spreadsheets people use today into a mechanism that works.

What the MIRAI FDE can do
We put each reading into one log with the meter, date, value, and source. Missing readings, numbers lower than the previous reading, and jumps outside the usual range are highlighted, with a link back to the original record for checking.
Common questions
- Can it read numbers from photos?
- Clear photos can be transcribed. Each number taken from a photo is marked so a person can check it.
- Does it explain why consumption changed?
- No. It shows when and where the numbers changed so your team has a clearer place to start investigating.
The problem on site
Meter readings may arrive on walk-around sheets, in emails from site staff, and as photos of dials. Someone then types them into a spreadsheet each month, and missing or mistyped numbers may only be noticed when a bill looks wrong.
How we proceed
- Share three months of readings in the formats you already receive them.
- We list the meters and confirm the unit and reading date used for each one.
- We prepare the log for one building and compare the flagged items with what the site team already knows.
- Once the first building is working as expected, the same approach can be used for the others.

Scope and boundaries
We do not read live meters or change utility accounts. Pricing, contracts, and final decisions rest with the owner.
Send a sample input and a short description of the current flow, and we will tell you what is in scope.
